Reigning world 10,000m champion Joshua Cheptegei has opened up on how his training mates from the NN Running team have played a huge role in helping him embrace a strong mindset.
Cheptegei emphasised teamwork as a great contributor to having a strong mindset and shaking off challenges in life.
He explained that being able to speak about everything with his training mates enables him to get solutions on how to handle different situations.

He is now enjoying his off-season with his family but will be back in training as he eyes more success in the Olympic season.
