Following an iconic 2024 season, Gabby Thomas' honours keeps increasing with her latest recognition being named in Forbes 30 Under 30 sports list.
Triple Olympic champion Gabby Thomas has been honoured with another prestigious achievement after being named in the elite league of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Sports list.
The American sprint queen took to her social media pages to announce the major milestone, which recognised the most influential sportspeople in North America.
"What an honor to be named to the @ForbesUnder30," wrote the two-time Olympian.
Thomas had an exceptional 2024 season culminating at the Paris Olympics, where she won three gold medals in the 200m, 4x100m, and 4x100m to earn bragging rights as track and field's 'Golden Queen' at the Games.
The Harvard University graduate also had five sub-22s in the 200m this season, topped by a world-leading 21.78s clocked in the semifinals at the US Olympic Trials.
For her outstanding performances, she was voted winner of the USATF Jackie Joyner-Kersee Award - the highest honour awarded to the best American athlete in a season.
Other track and field athletes honoured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 sports list are Mondo Duplantis (Olympic pole vault champion and world record holder) and power couple Tara Davis and Hunter Woodhall.
