More than 300 athletes will be in action at the World Athletics Road Running Championships on Sunday, October 1.
The athletes include World and Olympic champions who will be battling to end their seasons on a high while others will be fine-tuning for other assignments to come before the season ends.

The 20th edition Cardiff Half Marathon takes place on Sunday with strong fields assembled for the men's and women's races.
Some of the Kenyans who will be in action include double World Champion Faith Kipyegon, Olympic champion Peres Jepchirchir, and World 5000m bronze medallist Beatrice Chebet.
Global titles in the road mile, 5km, and half marathon are up for grabs in the Latvian capital, as those three distances are contested together at one championship for the first time.
The elite action starts with the women's 5km at 11:50 am (EAT) and ends with the men's half marathon from 2:15 pm.
