Moraa and Chebet now join the stellar cast of Ferdinand Omanyala and Shelly-Anne Fraser-Pryce.
However, for this year’s event, Moraa has promised to stun the competitors since she is aware of what awaits her.
“Last year, I wasn’t really keen on who was behind me and I just saw her (Sekgodiso) passing me…it was too late and I couldn’t react.
However, this year I am aware of the strong field and I will not downplay anyone. I just want to win the race, that’s my main goal,” she said.
The Commonwealth Games 800m champion said her training has been going well and she is sure of achieving something good as she gears up for the race.
