American sprint legend Michael Johnson has been forced to join in the chat as he insisted on what his thoughts are concerning the fastest athletes in the world. He insisted that the names fastest man or woman in the world are just opinions.
“Some facts: Usain is fastest ever. PERIOD, Noah is World Champion. PERIOD, Marcel is Olympic Champion. PERIOD, Kishane has the fastest time in the world. PERIOD, everything else is opinion, and opinions are not facts! One more fact because this is X: Michael is old and slow AF!” he said in a tweet on X.
Johnson added that he does not mind the rivalry that is being brought about by the information on the fastest athletes since that’s what makes track interesting.
“But everybody keep having “fun” with this. Nothing better than people name calling, shaming, claiming conspiracies, and getting absolutely heated, about track!” he added.
