He revealed that he is planning to shock the masses as he heads to the microstate off the Mediterranean coast of southeastern France.

Omanyala, who is the fastest man in the world so far this year, will be looking to become the first African to win a medal at the World Championships.
He observed that the reason why he did not perform well in the previous Diamond League Meetings was due to fatigue and short preparation time before the races.
He has so far been to three Diamond League Meetings where he finished third in Rabat, Morocco, and finished second in both Florence, Italy, and Paris, France.

Omanyala won the race in an impressive 10.06 as his brother finished fourth.
"Going forward, I'm done with racing for a couple of days because my next race is in Monaco before we head to the World Championships.
"My body is responding well right now...in my previous Diamond Leagues I didn't have enough to rest and I was in almost five different zones in one month. The Monaco event will show the whole world what to expect at the World Championships," he said.

During the just concluded National Championships at the Nyayo National Stadium, the Commonwealth Games champion cruised to the finish line in 9.96 ahead of Meshack Babu of KDF who clocked 10.50. Hesbon Ochieng of Kenya Prisons sealed the podium in 10.58.
He revealed that his body is in top shape and he was happy with the results he had posted.

Coming from a doping ban, Omanyala defied all odds and has steadily climbed through the ranks to become one of Kenya’s national treasures.
"I've been here since morning and I have enjoyed running the relays which set the pace. My body has been responding well and my target has been achieved.
"I was intending to run 10.00 and I'm so excited that I've even run a lower time. I have won this for Kenya Police and I feel glad to give them that gold," he said.
