Sha'Carri Richardson will be at the Paris 2024 Games as the world's fastest woman and she has described the feeling of having the spotlight in her Olympic debut.

World 100m champion Sha'Carri Richardson has described the feeling of being the 'fastest' ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Richardson sealed her spot in Paris after winning the women's 100m event at the US Olympic trials in a world-leading time of 10.71s, thus heading to the Games as not just the world's fastest woman but the fastest in the world this year.

Sha'Carri Richardson won the world 100m title in Budapest stopping the Jamaican dominance

With high hopes of making her Olympic debut memorable by claiming the gold medal, the 24-year-old is basking in the moment of being the fastest going to Paris.

Featuring in a Nike Ad themed 'Winning isn't for everyone', Richardson posted a video on her IG page with the gesture of what it feels like to win with the caption"

"The person who’s the fastest is the person who feels it!!!

#WinningIsntForEveryone #Paris2024 @Olympics"

Richardson won the world title in Budapest last year and will be gunning for another victorious moment in Paris. If successful, will make her the first American woman to become the Olympic 100m champion since Gail Deevers achieved the feat in 1996.
