US 100m champion Sha'Carri Richardson was captured in training with Jamaica's future sprints star Alana Reid, mentoring the young speedster as they walked together.
Reid, the reigning World Under-20 200m bronze medallist, made a shocking move in October to start training under the guidance of Richardson's coach Dennis Mitchell, at the Florida-based Star Athletics Track Club.

This move came with mixed feelings from Jamaican athletics fans, who feel their best talent should not be training in a rival country. Also, the switch came a few months after she ran the 100m National U20 record of 10.92s and signed a multi-year professional deal with Nike.

According to reports, Sha'Carri Richardson is said to have signed a multi-million dollar endorsement deal with Nike, which will last until the year 2028.
Richardson became the world's fastest woman this year after winning the 100m title at the World Championships in Budapest, where she ran an outstanding record of 10.65s to defeat the Jamaican duo of Shericka Jackson and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.
