Five-time world 100m champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is delighted that she will be marking a decade of change when she celebrates the 10th anniversary of her Pocket Rocket Foundation in November.
Since its inception in 2013, the foundation has awarded scholarships to 73 student-athletes across various sports from 26 schools across Jamaica.

“I started thinking about giving back in 2012 and I am part of a community that has always been about outreach even as a young girl growing up being in an environment where I always had help,” Fraser-Pryce told Television Jamaica.

“So far, we have been able to assist 73 student-athletes and that is huge to me. It is not just track athletes but athletes in sports.”
