The Bahamas Association of Athletic Associations (BAAA) has confirmed the selection of 27 athletes for the upcoming World Athletics Relays Bahamas 2024.
This prestigious event is set to take place on May 4 and 5 at the renovated Thomas A. Robinson National Stadium in Nassau.

“We’re very confident in this team,” he stated. “We have tested a number of them at various events, and they have proven their worth and fitness levels. Unfortunately, a number of our college athletes won’t be available due to collegiate commitments, which has impacted our ability to field a team for the women’s 4x400m relay," he told reporters.
The team for the women’s 4x100m relay includes notable sprinters such as Camille Rutherford, Devynne Charlton, and Pedrya Seymour.
