Tara Davis-Woodhall and husband Hunter Woodhall have earned nomination for the Forbes 30 and Under 30 ahead of Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield thanks to their Olympics success.

Athletics power couple Tara Davis-Woodhall and her husband Hunter Woodhall have expressed their excitement after being nominated for the Forbes 30 and Under 30 in North America.

The Olympics long jump champion and her Paralympics husband have seen their profile become bigger this year after their success at the Paris 2024 Games where they won gold medals in their respective events.

With several accolades coming their way as well as invitations to a number of high-profile events, they have now been recognized among the top 30 under 30 stars in the sports category ahead of this year’s gala.

“Tara Davis-Woodhall, a long jumper who won 2024 Olympic gold and is undefeated over the past two seasons, and Hunter Woodhall, a Paralympic 400-meter champion who was the first double amputee to earn a Division I track and field scholarship, are their sport's "it" couple,” Forbes described the two.

“They run the Tara and Hunter YouTube channel, which has more than 900,000 subscribers and 400 million views, and have more than 7 million followers between TikTok and Instagram, and they both serve as Lululemon ambassadors.”

Davis-Woodhall won gold in high jump at the Paris Olympics, her first ever title, while Hunter also claimed his first Olympics gold, having won the 400m T62 and added a bronze in the 4x100m mixed relay.

Their support for each other in the stands was a joy to watch for fans and they have leveraged on their Olympics success to earn brand endorsements and invitations to major events.

Davis-Woodhall and Hunter are not the only track and field stars nominated with triple Olympics champion Gabby Thomas, who won gold in 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays, and multiple pole vault champion Mondo Duplantis also on the list.

The list also includes NBA stars Jayson Tatum and Jalen Brunson, rugby player Ilona Maher among others.
