After losing to Olympic 100m champion Noah Lyles in a 50m race, YouTuber IShowSpeed has challenged American sprint queen Sha'Carri Richardson to a race.

Popular YouTuber IshowSpeed has bragged about beating world 100m champion Sha'Carri Richardson in a race and even rubbished the notion the American track queen is faster than Real Madrid football star Kylian Mbappe.

IShowSpeed who raced and lost to Olympic 100m champion Noah Lyles in a 50m race last month, believes racing the fastest woman in the United States will be a walk in the park.

"I gotta race Sha'Carri Richardson, you'll all right?...I'm not gonna cap. Chat, we gotta set that up. There's no way she's faster than Mbappe, bro, she is? How do you all know this though? She's not faster than me though, me and her gotta race."

Mbappe, considered one of the world's fastest soccer players, his speed was once compared to the legendary Usain Bolt by popular UK-based media firm BBC Sport.

The sports media outlet made a viral 'disrespectful' post comparing the 100m speed of Mbappe as 10.9 seconds, which is 'just over a second' slower than Bolt's World Record of 9.58 seconds.

Following the tweet on their X page, track fans showed their utmost disgust with several reasons why the comparison shouldn't even come into play and why it was disrespectful to their sprint legend.

Bolt known with multiple world records and regarded as the greatest track and field athlete in history, will then respond to the comparison.

"I know, I was laughing when I saw it. The girls are running faster than that [10.9]," said Bolt in a chat with @jumpers_world founder Andreas Trajkovski.

For context, Mbappe's 10.9 seconds would put him joint-63rd on the women's 100m all-time list, and won't even get close to finishing in the Top 2 at the Paris Olympic Games, where Richardson won the 100m silver medal in 10.89s.

IShowSpeed challenging Richardson to a race will be a good one to watch for track fans as the YouTuber has a background in sprinting and can pose a good challenge (chasing behind) to the American sprint star who has the world's fastest time this year at 10.71s.
