Nigerian center James Nnaji has officially parted ways with Bàsquet Girona, as announced by Liga Endesa.

The 20-year-old, 7-foot-tall prospect, who had been on loan at Girona from FC Barcelona, is now set to continue his career with Yukatel Merkezefendi Belediyesi Basket in the Turkish Basketball Super League.

Nnaji’s departure from Girona marks the end of a developmental chapter for the young big man, who initially joined the Catalan club to gain valuable playing experience.

Yukatel confirmed the arrival of Nnaji for the rest of the season.
