Men’s National Basketball League side, JKL Dolphins, has officially been put up for sale with immediate effect.
In a press release by JKL Sports Club, the club announced that the board of directors have decided in a bid to restructure their sports programs.
“The board of directors of JKL Sports Club Limited informs the general public that they are restructuring their sports programs and have decided that we will retain the ladies' team effective from the 2024 season,” the club announced.

“This will enable the JKL Lady Dolphins to compete at the continental level and for the club to venture into other sports disciplines,” the statement added.
Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their formal offers through their proper email address, with the process to run from September 5th to October 31st 2023.

The JKL Dolphins were officially formed in February 2014 and quickly rose through the basketball pyramid, gaining promotion to the top flight in 2017, where they have been ever since.
The 2024 National Basketball season is scheduled to start on February 26th 2024, as earlier announced by the Federation of Basketball Association (FUBA).
