In form sides, A1 Challenge and Magic Stormers meet on Wednesday night in the National Basketball League at the YMCA grounds looking to continue their impressive run of form.
Their opponents, A1 Challenge, have been the story of the second round so far, claiming three straight wins, which catapult them to eighth place.
A1 Challenge head coach Eric Matovu praised his side's recent form but also warned caution from his troops.
"Magic Stormers are one of the best sides in the league for what they achieved in the first round," Matovu told Pulse Sports.
"We are a work in progress, and we aim to take it one game at a time and stay humble while working towards the goal," he added.
Matovu was full of praise about the impact of the three signings, Vivian Nafuna, Elizabeth Okumu and Maria Goretti Angole.
"They have really added that competitive fight and spirit that we needed and are very hardworking as well, which has improved the mood in the camp and helped us win games."
A win for the Magic Stormers will momentarily see them leapfrog to second place on the table, while a victory for the A1 Challenge will also see them climb up to joint sixth on the table.
With a lot riding on the result of this game, optimism is high that it will have all the makings of a classic.
