There is another postponement, and the new start date will be March 19th at the Lugogo Indoor Stadium.
The two crunching fixtures, City Oilers vs. KIU Titans and UCU Lady Canons vs. JKL Lady Dolphins, will be the last games in Sunday's action.
"Please note that the NBL tip-off has been extended to the 19th day of March 2023 Sunday at Lugogo MTN Arena," a communication from Fuba's General Secretary Hudson Ssegamwenge read.
"Disregard all earlier shared fixtures. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, as this was beyond our control."
Lugogo Indoor Arena is the only decent facility in the country, and Fuba has chosen to use it for the opening round of games.
According to reports, the indoor stadium is booked for a gospel music concert on Friday, forcing the federation to look at an alternative date.
Sunday will have five games lined up.
Magic Stormers will open the season against Miracle Eaglets before a new-look Dmark Power takes on newly promoted Rezlife Saints.
Ndejje University will then take on KCCA Panthers before a repeat of last season's women's final between defending champions Lady Canons and runners-up Lady Dolphins.
The KIU Titans will entertain eight-time league champions City Oilers in the final game of the opening day.
