Team USA strolled to a 105-79 win over Serbia in their preparation game for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Team USA delivered their most impressive performance yet in the pre-Olympic exhibition tour, dominating Serbia with a 26-point victory on Wednesday.
The Americans' convincing win was fueled by a prolonged run that began late in the first half, allowing them to pull away from a Serbian team missing Hawks guard Bogdan Bogdanovic.
Team USA destroy Serbia to prepare for Olympics
Bam Adebayo, Stephen Curry, Anthony Davis, Anthony Edwards, and LeBron James all made significant contributions with the defensive duo of Davis, and Adebayo particularly effective, with the Los Angeles Lakers big man registering six rebounds and six blocks in just 18 minutes.
Curry had his best game of the exhibition schedule, leading all players with 24 points on 6-of-9 three-point shooting. The Golden State Warriors star's impressive performance helped Team USA build a comfortable lead.
With their exhibition schedule winding down, Team USA will now head to London for games against South Sudan on Saturday and Germany on Monday. These final tune-ups will prepare the Americans for the Olympics in Paris, where they'll look to build on their momentum and make a strong push for gold.
