The biological brothers received the unfortunate news of the demise of their mother on Wednesday before the team’s first game at the Castle Lite Series.
The sad development was confirmed on the association’s Twitter handle on Thursday afternoon, as they also confirmed Miyaji’s replacement Joseph Baguma.
“Juma Miyaji has been ruled out of the Castle Lite Series due to an injury; he will be replaced by Joseph Baguma in the squad,” read part of the tweet.
“Baguma will join the team in Namibia as soon as possible as soon as Miyaji returns home to start his recovery.”
