The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) has released a squad of 14 players for the ninth KwibukaT20 Women's Tournament in Rwanda.
Musa Ehizoje, the federation's National Communications Officer (NCF), said in a statement on Thursday that the team would depart the nation on Friday.
On Saturday, the Nigerian squad is due to face the tournament host, Rwanda, in their opening match.
The team, which will be participating in the event for the third time, boasts a squad with a solid mix of youth and experience.

Oseyande Omokhiobhio and Omonye Asika, who were absent from the team during the NCF Women's Invitational in March, are back.

The tournament begins on Saturday and is scheduled to end on June 19, with Kenya, Uganda and Botswana joining Nigeria and host Rwanda in the event.
The tournament is in commemoration of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda.
