AC Milan are reportedly close to agreeing on a deal for Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek after several negotiations between both parties.

Chelsea set to make inquires on Victor Osimhen
Chelsea will reportedly contact Napoli to inquire about Osimhen's availability.
According to Romano Fabrizio on Twitter, “It is understood that AC Milan and Chelsea are closing in on Ruben Loftus Cheek deal for €16m fee plus €4m add-ons, this is the final package.
“Personal terms agreed, RLC understood to be really excited about joining Milan. Final details discussed then… here we go.”
The English midfielder would leave Stamford Bridge after spending starting from their youth team before moving up the ranks to the first team.

Loftus Cheek started with Chelsea’s youth team at the age of eight and developed to become one of the best players in Chelsea’s youth ranks
He made an impression at the start of the 2011–12 season before suffering a hip injury. By the end of the season, he had recovered, and he played as a substitute in the 2012 FA Youth Cup final.
