AC Milan has made an improved bid for Christian Pulisic after their first offer was rejected by the Blues.
The Italian team have been making their interest in Pulisic known and made a first bid of $15 million plus add-ons which was instantly rejected by Chelsea.

A first bid of $15 million from Milan was rejected by Chelsea but both parties are now discussing a potential transfer for the winger.

According to Daily Mail, Lyon are also said to be in the race for Pulisic and have joined Milan as they continue pushing for his signature.
