Disciplinary investigation has also been opened on coach Patrick Aussems.
AFC Leopards have been docked three points following chaos that forced the cancellation of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) match against Kakamega Homeboyz at Bukhungu Stadium.
Homeboyz have been consequently awarded three points as Ingwe suffer a further blow with FKF ordering them to play the next four games behind closed doors.
"The FKF Leagues and Competitions Committee having considered the submissions of Kakamega Homeboyz FC, AFC Leopards SC and the match officials report, has made the following ruling regarding the FKF PL match no. 222 (Kakamega Homeboyz FC vs AFC Leopards SC), which was abandoned in the 31st minute due to crowd trouble," the committee said in a communiqué.
"That the FKF-PL Round 25 match no. 222 be awarded to Kakamega Homeboyz on a three (3) points-two (2) goals basis.
"That AFC Leopards SC be docked a further three (3) points from the already accumulated points.

The hosts were leading when Ingwe fans stormed the pitch.
"That AFC Leopards SC shall cater or refund for incurred medical costs by the center Referee Mr. Michael Obuya. That AFC Leopards SC shall play their next four (4) home FKF-PL matches behind closed doors. The club shall ensure this is adhered to.
"That AFC Leopards SC pay a fine of KES 500,000. Those disciplinary proceedings be opened by the FKF Disciplinary Committee on Mr. Patrick Aussems and Mr. Lawrence Webo for their conduct in the said match."
AFC Leopards’ fans stormed the pitch and confronted the officials to protest against a decision they felt was not taken against Homeboyz.
The supporters claimed that Farouk Shikhalo handled the ball outside his goalkeeping area, but the referee turned a blind eye to Homeboyz's goalkeeper. After prolonged chaos, the match was called off at a time when Homeboyz were leading 1-0 courtesy of a 24th-minute goal scored by Hillary Otieno.
The deduction in points is a big blow to Ingwe, who had dropped on the ladder to the sixth position. They will now have 37 points and face an uphill task getting back into the top three brackets.
The investigation into Aussems is the latest case the Belgian is embroiled in. Recently, he claimed Tusker head coach Robert Matano is a ‘Juju man’ and this prompted the former Sofapaka coach to take legal action.

Aussems’ allegations came after AFC Leopards succumbed to a late defeat at the hands of the Brewers in a game held at Nyayo Stadium.
Before their game against Homeboyz, Ingwe were winless in their previous three matches. Since beating Bandari 1-0, they lost to Tusker, drew 0-0 against Talanta, and Police FC.
The next match for the local heavyweights is on Saturday, April 22 against KCB.
