Uganda will need a victory on September 7 at the Marrakech Stadium, Morocco, and prayers to have Tanzania beaten by Algeria in Algiers.
Uganda Cranes will need utmost character from the players and the coaches should they stand any chance of ousting Niger in a crunch Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
Left-back Aziz Kayondo has, in the same vein, avowed himself, and the team will give in everything for victory, knowing the stakes that come along with a game of such magnitude.
"It's a very impressive game for us, our fans and all Ugandans," started Kayondo in his media engagement this week on Thursday.
"We are giving in a lot of effort and hard work as players because we know this game can completely change our lives," the Hapoel Tel Aviv star added.

"We are giving everything; we are pushing each other and ready to sweat for the flag to ensure we get victory in Morocco."
"We just need our fans to have belief and support us, and with God on our side, we shall win that game," Kayondo said with optimism.
Algeria is already through as group leaders; Tanzania lie second on seven points, Uganda follow on four, while Niger sits rock-bottom at two points and are already out.
The team is expected to depart on September 4, hoping to return as victors, as Uganda has missed the past two AFCON campaigns.
