Wizkid’s Tottenham show
As Pulse Sports reported, Wizkid held his concert at the home ground of Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur into the early hours of Sunday, July 30, 2023.
It was a sold-out event for Wizkid, as he became the first African artist to sell out the venue.
Music fans who attended the concert have been raving about the performance of the Afrobeats legend on social media.
However, Wizkid is also trending on social media because of his involvement in football.
During the build-up to the concert, Wizkid showcased his football juggling skills in a video that went viral.
What Iwobi said
Speaking to Omasport, Iwobi suggested he had attended several concerts from Nigerian Afrobeat stars, then stated that the best experience he had was Wizkid’s London show at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
He went on to reveal that the musician had a nice personality, as when they first met in 2018 during a Wizkid collaboration with the American sports brand Nike, he treated him admirably despite not knowing him.
