Former KCCA FC attacking midfielder Allan Okello is moments away from joining Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC, Pulse Sports understands.
The Uganda Cranes star has reportedly met with Vipers Director, Lawrence Mulindwa on Thursday over a move and details emerging from Kitende intimate it's all but done.

Okello joined Paradou in 2020 on a long-term four-year contract from KCCA, but spent last season at the latter on loan.
With the Kasasiro Boys last season, he managed a decent eight assists and scored five times in the Uganda Premier League.
Okello is former 2019 FUFA Male Player of the Year award winner and played 119 times for KCCA in the first stint where he scored 39 goals.
At KCCA, he won two Uganda Premier League championships in the 2016/17 and 2018/19 campaigns respectively.
He also clinched two Uganda Cups in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons as well as the 2018 FUFA Super 8 Cup and the 2018/19 CECAFA Kagame Cup.
