About a month back, his father, Bebe Cool acquired him a private foreign coach, and has been undertaking vigorous training in preseason.

As he seeks to further his football career, Alpha Thierry Ssali, son to legendary local musician Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool, has exited boyhood club, Proline FC and joined Express FC in the Uganda Premier League.

The teenager has been with the Mujib Kasule founded outfit from his toddler years to Saturday when he confirmed the developments.

"Today I leave the club that brought me up when I was a nibit and I'm lost for words," said Ssali said in an Instagram post.

"I would like to thank the whole team on and off the pitch for the amazing journey we had together and will always carry the memories wherever I go."

Ssali has now joined the seven-time Uganda Premier League winners, Express on a two-year contract.

He has kick-started training with the Red Eagles at the Muteesa II Stadium. Wankulukuku and a move is imminent.

Reports had initially linked him to a move to Uganda Premier League side NEC FC, but nothing materialized.

Also, last month, the two were pictured at Arsenal's home, the Emirates Stadium, but it has since emerged that it was a tour and not a transfer business trip.

Bebe Cool has over the years asserted about how he will never tire, until he has Ssali play football at the level.
