Ouma is among the Harambee Stars players called up for the upcoming Four-Nation Tournament. After Ambani recalled how he gave the midfielder a chance, Police stated they were thankful to the retired footballer who brought Ouma to the club.

The towering 20-year old's performances at the base of the Kenya Police midfield were enough to earn him a maiden call-up to Harambee Stars.
"Remember the first time you brought him to our team when we were in the National Super League," Police said.
