Veteran coach Frank Anyau says that his Amus College team is ready to perform well at the World Schools Championships in the last week of July in Morocco.
The coach has largely been involved with the girls’ team but is now working together with Nimrod Kintu to prepare the boys' team bound for Morocco.
“We are dedicated to preparing our team to the best of our abilities,” he was quoted by the USSSA portal.

Kibuli SS will represent the country alongside Amus College and St. Noa Girls at World Schools Championship games.
The coach has promised that the school will fly Uganda’s flag high.
“We want to make sure that when we go to Morocco, we represent Uganda with pride and do justice to the talent and potential of our players.
“The level of football worldwide has risen significantly, and it is crucial for us to perform at the highest standard,” he added.
Amus was invited to the tournament and will travel together with Kibuli SS and St. Noah Girls, who qualified as the East African Schools’ champions in the respective categories.
