Premier League giants Arsenal are reportedly close to making a surprise move ahead of the transfer window deadline.
Arsenal have been linked with a shock move for Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez with just two days left in the transfer window.
Arsenal have made only two new signings after making David Raya's loan move from Brentford permanent but with the team still lacking an elite striker, the rumour mill is heating up.

Darwin Nunez to join Liverpool?
Manager Mikel Arteta has been smart with his spending, which could leave a strong budget for a new striker and according to Spanish outlet Fichajes, the Gunners have identified Liverpool's Nunez.
The Uruguayan striker has found himself on the bench for the past two games, with Arne Slot preferring Diogo Jota, and with Jurgen Klopp no longer at the helm, his future at Anfield is uncertain.
The report claims that Arsenal are preparing a significant offer to bring Nunez to the Emirates Stadium, but Liverpool are said to be asking for a whopping £73 million!
Interestingly, Liverpool are close to landing Federico Chiesa from Juventus which could further push Nunez out the door.
