StarTimes Uganda Premier League outfit Arua Hill SC have been eliminated from the Stanbic Uganda Cup in the Round of 64 for the second consecutive time.

Arua Hill fell to Fourth Division side Elite FC 2-1 in a penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw in normal time at Lira Integrated School on Sunday.

The hosts drew first blood in the 11th minute before Innocent Media equalized for the visitors in the 29th minute.

It was a dramatic shootout period with Arua Hill missing four penalties to Elite's three.

In the other games played on Sunday, joint record winners of the Uganda Cup Express FC ejected Buganda Regional League Kajjansi United 2-1 at Uganda Clays Grounds.

An own goal from Ronald Kizito in the 12th minute and Joseph Akandwanaho's strike in the 22nd minute is how the Red Eagles managed their goals before Kajjansi pulled one back in the 85th minute.

In Bushenyi, UPDF managed to go through to the Round of 32 thanks to a 4-1 penalty shootout victory over Western Regional League side Bushenyi Veterans FC following a 0-0 draw in the 90 minutes.

Action will continue on Monday with two giants entering the fray; 10 time winners KCCA FC will visit Kampala Regional League side Kampala Junior Team (KJT) in Bugoolobi.

Three-time champions of the Uganda Cup URA FC will also be on the road against Kitara Regional League side Uganda Pentecostal University FC at St. Leo's Lower in Kabarore.
