Arua Hill SC avenged their first-round defeat to Gaddafi FC with a 2-1 victory in the Uganda Premier League at the Barifa Stadium on Saturday.
Innocent Media completed a brace to help the 'Kongolo' scoop a second successive win in the league.
The Leopards, however, needed to come from behind, having conceded earlier on, courtesy of Alex Kitata.
Kitata broke the deadlock as early as the 12th minute following a well-taken strike past goalkeeper Ronald Omedwa.
The hosts, however, restored parity quickly in the 12th minute, with Media tapping home a headed assist from Isaac Ogwang.
Arua Hill made it two in the 62nd minute as Media brilliantly struck past custodian Joel Mutakubwa.
That was after Gaddafi's Elvis Ngonde had been sent off in the 47th minute following a nasty open-boot tackle on Allan Mugalu.
The victory has sent Arua Hill to fifth on the 15-team log with 33 points after 21 games. They will be at Barifa against Vipers SC on Wednesday in their subsequent encounter.
On the other hand, Gaddafi has slipped to seventh with 29 points and will host KCCA FC in their next match on April 29th.
