It will be divergent objectives as Arua Hill play host to Busoga United in the Uganda Premier League at the Barifa Stadium on Tuesday.
While the Leopards want to make the fourth place their own, Busoga, on the other hand, will be playing for their lives as they look to stay in the top flight.
And, Arua Hill deputy head coach Ahmed Borini, speaking for his boss Charles Livingstone Mbabazi, asserted the importance of the game for either team, but insisting his team is well placed to pick maximum points.
"It's a significant game, and it's great to be at home playing In front of the fans. But, unfortunately, we played Busoga United at their home, and it was a narrow 1-0 win.
"Their position makes this game difficult for both teams," said Borini to the club media.
"The difference now is the positions, they are fighting for their survival, and we are fighting to maintain our position of finishing in the top four."
"And it's not going to be easy because they will come all out to win, but since we are home, we have to be at our best to overcome them to get a result," Borini added.
Arua Hill were 1-0 winners against Busoga in the first round at Kakindu Stadium, thanks to Reagan Mpande's solitary goal.
Victory for the hosts will have them move to 41 points, strengthening chances of a top-four finish.
Meanwhile, for Busoga, a win will lighten their chances of survival, as they would move to 27 points with just two matches to go.
