Toha is out injured but has scored more goals - three more than any other Arua Hill player has so far this season.
Arua Hill SC put up a spirited fight but narrowly lost 3-2 to KCCA FC in the Uganda Premier League at Lugogo on Friday.
Muhammad Shaban scored twice while Rogers Mato netted KCCA's other goal. Isaac Ogwang and Innocent Media scored for Arua Hill.
In the aftermath of the game, Kongolo assistant coach Ahmed Borini hinted at a lack of leadership as the reason they lost the game.
“There was some disorganization within the team in the early stages of the game, and that's how we conceded two quick goals,” Borini told the media after the game.
“We lacked someone who could bring the team together, and that's the only reason we lost the game because after letting in two goals, we were the better team.”
“It shows how much we miss our captain Rashid Toha because he is not only the team leader or a defender, but he also always chips in with a couple of goals.”
He added: “But generally, the team played well. We gave the table leaders a hard time on the road, and I think it's a performance we should be proud of irrespective of the result, and let us build on it going into other games.”

Charles Livingstone Mbabazi's charges remained sixth on the 15-team log with 23 points, and their next game will be at home against the champions Vipers SC on Wednesday.
