Uganda Crested Cranes captain Ruth Aturo and her coach George Lutalo were at par with the rest of the world as they voted FC Barcelona's stylish midfielder Alexia Putellas The Best FIFA Women’s Player for the second year in a row.
The striker was crowned at the glamourous Best FIFA Football Awards 2022 ceremony, hosted in Paris on Monday 27th, February.
Putellas beat United States Women's National Team forward Alex Morgan and Arsenal striker Beth Mead to the crown after guiding her Spanish club to win their third successive league title.
