Aucho shared his best wishes through his official Twitter handle, wishing his former teammate all the best at Azam FC.

"Good luck, my brother @iamFeisalSalum, in your new club, and may Allah bless you more, bro. Much love," Aucho tweeted.

The two had a fantastic partnership in the middle of the park while at the Jangweni-based side going on to win back-to-back league titles and a domestic cup.

Feisal Salum has been involved in a long protracted legal battle with Young Africans since December 2022, when he intimated that he wanted to sign with the Ice Cream makers.

'Fei Toto' offered his club Tz shs 100M to buy out the remaining part of his contract, but the club hierarchy refused and asked Azam FC to send a formal bid which didn't happen.

The matter was forwarded to the Tanzania Football Association, but it required the intervention of H.E Samia Suluhu Hassan recently, who urged the Young African leadership to end the impasse.

Aucho, who missed his side's near miss to win the CAF Confederation Cup final, returned to action during his side's hard-fought 3-3 draw with Mbeya City.

Next up is Tanzania Prisons, the final league game before the domestic cup final on 12th June in Tanga.
