Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez was not in agreement with Mourinho's decision to verbally attack referee Anthony Taylor for perceived injustice in the Europa League final.
The AS Roma manager was pictured sending insults the way of the English referee after the final defeat in Budapest to Sevilla.
Xavi understood that the former Chelsea boss felt aggrieved but maintained that managers have to set a positive example.

The coach of the LaLiga champions was speaking in a press conference today, ahead of their final league game of the season against Celta Vigo tomorrow, when he was questioned on the incident.
Mr Hernandez, who has received a suspension this season due to yellow card accumulation, acknowledged the compulsion to result in indignation in the face of perceived injustice.
However, he stated that those impulses have to be controlled, and managers have to show good examples.
