Incoming Harambee Stars coach Benni McCarthy will get to work with the man he had selected as assistant after his current cut ties with him.
Incoming Harambee Stars coach Benni McCarthy will get to work with South African coach Vasili Manousakis who he had settled on as his assistant coach.
Manousakis has been made available after parting ways with South African club Cape Town Spurs just days after the club claimed he is going nowhere, while slamming Football Kenya Federation (FKF) for going behind their backs to lure the tactician.
McCarthy knows Manousakis very well after working with him at South African club AmaZulu, where they had a successful one-and-a-half-year spell, and settled on him as one of his assistants for the Harambee Stars job.
