In what could be a bizarre move, Rwandan side Rayon Sports have gone all out to ensure they retain one of their best players last season.

In a poster shared on the club's social media pages, the Peace Cup champions called out the fans to contribute for the player to be available next season.
"Blue is out of value, buy yourself Joachim Ojera, the purpose is raising Rwf25M (approximately Shs77M)," reads part of the wording on the poster.
The club also shared details of where the fans would send the money.
Ojera joined 'Gikundiro' on loan from URA FC at the start of last season, guiding the side to a third-place finish in the Rwanda Premier League and winning the domestic cup for the first time since 2016.
