Nzoia Sugar FC head coach Godfrey 'Solo' Oduor candidly revealed the major obstacles his team has faced as they find themselves at the bottom of the league table during the Christmas break.
With only three wins in 16 matches played, the Sugar Millers have encountered a slew of setbacks in the 2023/2024 Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) season.

Speaking after his team's recent loss to Mulembe FC in the Elijah Lidonde Cup, Oduor emphasized the pressing concerns within his squad.
"My players need character as there is a problem in the playing unit because we create chances, but we lack that player who can convert them into goals," he revealed.
"Our major undoing this season has been in defending and striking. We have a very lean squad, and injuries have also affected us, but we are going to come out strong," he added.
