Gambia's Yankuba Minteh has revealed what is helping him thrive at Brighton and Hove Albion after the masterclass against Chelsea.

Gambia's Yankuba Minteh has emerged as a key player for Brighton and Hove Albion this season after showing his talents in a stunning 3-0 victory over Chelsea in the Premier League. 

The latest win was Brighton's second over Chelsea within a week, having previously defeated them 2-1 in the FA Cup.

“I think everyone has tried to hold me like their own brother,” he explained.

He also stated that his teammates consistently encourage him to push forward and improve.

“They always try to communicate and push me every time. They say keep going. I always try to listen to them with the communication, left, right so it’s good,” he added.
