All the round of 32 matches will be played between February 13th-19th in a one-legged affair.
BUL FC's run to defend the Stanbic Uganda Cup will be threatened after drawing nine-time holders SC Villa in the Round of 32, at the draws at FUFA House, Mengo on Friday.
While BUL struggled to win against Sparks FC 1-0 in the preceding round, Villa got it easy as they trumped Kireka United 6-0.
It's also a repeat of last season's quarterfinal as the Jinja-based outfit edged Villa 2-1 to dump them out.
In the other fixtures, joint record holders Express FC will host Lugazi FC at the Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku, while KCCA FC will be away at either Kataka FC or Gorilla Highlands.
Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC will be guests at Jinja North United, as the former hope to keep up the challenge in three competitions, including the CAF Champions League.
All the round of 32 matches will be played between February 13th-19th in a one-legged affair.
