Uganda Hippos forward Alpha Ssali is just as excited as any other player looking forward to an opportunity to represent Uganda at a big stage.
The 19 year old former Proline FC forward who made an appearance at the previous U20 AFCON edition says he would want to leave a mark when he gets another opportunity to play in Egypt.
"Before the last U20 AFCON edition, I hadn't played as much,” Ssali told Pulse Sports before adding.
“But now I feel different having played some games in the big league with Proline FC, so I am confident that I'll do my best when I get the opportunity."

Alpha scored his first club goal, a beauty in 2021 against MYDA FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup, he is also son to music star Moses Ssali AKA Bebecool.
