Despite netting twice, the former Onduparaka FC striker was frustrated when he was substituted in the 90th minute for Mustapha Kizza to mark his second home debut.

Muhammad Shaban's behaviour has always been questionable and his improper conduct was seen again in KCCA FC' 3-2 win against Arua Hill SC at Lugogo on Friday.

Despite netting twice, the former Onduparaka FC striker was frustrated when he was substituted in the 90th minute for Mustapha Kizza to mark his second home debut.

Shaban did not go to Kizza to perform the sportsmanship exchange that is usually made when one player is coming on and the other going off down the touchline. He instead went off a bit far away from Kizza in frustration.

“What he did is unacceptable but it is in line with the emotions because when players want to achieve something in the game they face such challenges,” KCCA head coach Morley Byekwaso said after the game.

“But we shall try as much as we can to continue teaching them how to behave because surely you need to give your fellow players a chance to also play.”

On a brace, the ex-Vipers SC forward probably thought there was still time for him to try and complete his hat trick.

The two goals ensured that Shaban has now scored three goals in his second stint at the MTN Omondi Stadium.

Byekwaaso will hope that the player who was named the man of the match continues to score more goals.

The win took the 13-time UPL champions to 35 points after 16 games, six clear of second-placed BUL FC.

Shaban and his side's next game will be a visit to Kitende to face his former club Vipers on March 19.
