Young Africans will have a chance to avenge their Champions League exit last season, as they have been drawn against the team that eliminated them from the competition last term.
The Tanzanian giants will face the Nigerians champions Rivers United who ended their continental campaign last season.
The Nigerian team secured a 2-0 aggregate victory over the Tanzanian champions in the preliminary round of the competition.
The first leg will be played in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, on April 23, before the return leg takes place a week later at Dar es Salaam's Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.

They will pose a tough challenge for Yanga SC, who will need to be at their best to progress to the semi-finals of the competition.
Pyramids FC of Egypt, finalists of the 2019-20 season, have been drawn against Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Ismail Watenga’s Marumo Gallants.
Gallants are the lowest ranked team in the competition, as they are bottom of South Africa’s Premier Soccer League, but have been shooting above their weight.
They have made up for their financial short falls by qualifying top of their group. Gallants have struggled to make trips for away games, with some of their officials still detained in Libya after they failed to clear bills.
Gallants will return to North Africa for the first leg of the quarter final clash in Cairo, before they host the second leg in South Africa.
The North African derby between Algeria's USM Alger and Morocco's AS FAR is another exciting fixture in the quarter-finals.
FAR is the only team in the last eight which has previously won the Confederations Cup, having been crowned champions in 2005. They will start with the first leg being a trip to Algiers.
CAF Champions League 1998 Champions, ASEC Mimosas will take on Tunisia's US Monastir, and will start with the first leg away from home.
The winner of the quarter final between Yanga and Rivers will play the winner between Pyramids and Yanga.
Meanwhile, the winner of the quarter final between Mimosas and Monastir will face the winner between Algers and FAR.
The quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup are set to be played on the last week of April, with the first leg matches scheduled for April 23 and the return fixtures a week later.
The semi-finals will be played on May 14 and May 21, while the final is set to revert to the home and away format and will be played on June 4 and 11.
