Newly crowned Uganda Women's Super League champions Kampala Queens are nursing dreams of a Europe tour.

The club, owned by the Speaker of Parliament Anita Among and FUFA president Moses Magogo are set to visit Europe for football reasons.

Magogo says the move will help the players achieve their dream of potentially playing for top clubs abroad.

"We have a dream to take the team to Europe on tour. They are now the champions of Uganda and will be representing Uganda,” Magogo.

Kampala Queens will play at the CECACA Regional Championship Qualifiers for a ticket to the CAF Women Champions League finals.

The Speaker of Parliament Anita Annet Among who had hosted the team at her offices responded affirmatively, noting that she would give her full support to the girl child.

"As a woman leader, I will always support the girl child. I will support you in football and all the endeavours you're doing.”

“We are the ones who do appropriation, and we shall support sports,” Among noted before adding.

"Hon. Magogo said you are going on a tour; I promise I will take the lead in mobilising for you.”

“This time you have a testimony of hard work. You are the chosen ones being supported by the family of the Speaker, and we shall continue helping you to reach the highest level,” Among said.
