This becomes Chandiga’s 19th final as he prepares for a grand battle against African Pool giant Joseph Aden from South Africa this Friday 3rd at the Blacksheep Pool Arena in Mukono.

Ceasar Chandiga once again proved that he is the best pool player on the land after braving Ibra Ssejjemba’s storm to win the double-Elimination Pool Challenge over the weekend at Upper Volta club in Kisubi.

Chandiga who has been on top form entered the year unranked by the Pool Association of Uganda (PAU) since he did not take part in either the league or the official tournaments but carried a rich CV.

The Zambian-based player breezed through to the finals where he faced seed four Ibra Ssejjemba for his toughest match this year.

Ssejjemba forced a 3-all tie after the sixth frame, Chandiga cleared the table to go ahead but Sejjemba pulled level.

However, that was all for the seed four as Chandiga reigned in the decider for the best of nine to take home the cash prize.
