The Eagles star could become the latest top talent to make his way to Chelsea's Stamford Bridge
Chelsea have reportedly agreed personal terms with Crystal Palace forward Michael Olise ahead of a potential summer move to Stamford Bridge.
The France youth international had an impressive 2023/2024 season with the Eagles, attracting interest from several top clubs including, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City.
Negotiations for Release Clause Payments
According to sources from GIVEMESPORT, Chelsea have verbally agreed on personal terms with Olise, having initially done so last summer. The next step involves discussions with Crystal Palace regarding the scheduling of payments for Olise's release clause.
With a release clause in his contract, Palace may find it challenging to retain him during the summer transfer window. Chelsea are keen to secure Olise's signature and are pushing forward with their efforts to finalise the deal.
Potential competition from Manchester United
While Chelsea are making significant strides in their pursuit of Olise, other clubs remain in the race. Manchester United and Manchester City have shown interest and could present a competitive offer for the Crystal Palace star.
Although a deal has not yet been finalised, the verbal agreement between Olise and Chelsea is a positive development for the West London club, which will continue their efforts to outbid other interested parties and bring Olise to Stamford Bridge.
