The Blues are stepping up the pace in their search for a new manager following the sacking of Graham Potter.
Chelsea are set to speak with former Spain manager Luis Enrique over the vacant managerial role at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are currently searching for a new manager after sacking Graham Potter following a poor run of results.
Chelsea turn to Enrique after Potter's dismissal
Potter was appointed as Chelsea’s manager last September after the Blues sacked Thomas Tuchel.
However, the English man was only there for seven months following a series of disappointing results, which left Chelsea in the bottom half of the table.
Following Potter’s dismissal, a few names have been linked to the vacant managerial role at Stamford Bridge.

Former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann leads the race but Chelsea have reportedly identified Enrique as a potential option.
Enrique, currently out of a job after leaving his role as Spain’s manager following the World Cup, is in England with his representative to speak with Chelsea.
Although both parties are still far from reaching an agreement, Chelsea are impressed with Enrique’s vision for the club.
According to the Independent, the Blues believe Enrique is the perfect manager for their youthful squad.

Will Potter receive the ₦28.5b he is entitled to at Chelsea?
Potter was sacked as Chelsea’s manager on Sunday, but how much will he receive from the Blues?
Enrique, who represented Barcelona and Real Madrid during his playing days, last managed Barcelona at the club level.
The 52-year-old won the treble with the Catalan giants in 2015 before winning the league title again in 2016.
He left Barcelona in 2017 to take over the Spain national team, where he was in charge until the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Julian Nagelsmann still on Chelsea’s radar
But despite Chelsea’s incoming talks with Enrique, the Blues are still monitoring Nagelsmann, who is available after he was sacked at Bayern Munich.
However, Nagelsmann may have fallen in the pecking order as the Chelsea board is reportedly concerned about his age.
At 35, it has been reported that Chelsea are unsure of how he will take control of the dressing room that has players like Thiago Silva, who is older than him, or Kalidou Koulibaly who is almost as old.
