Chelsea are reportedly willing to smash their transfer record despite fears over breaching the Premier League's FFP rules.
Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly willing to ignore FFP fears to pursue a blockbuster deal for Napoli's Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
The 25-year-old has a release clause of €130m, and would comfortably become the most expensive footballer in the Premier League should a deal be concluded.

Chelsea to pay Osimhen release clause
According to CaughtOffside, Chelsea will press ahead with paying the striker's release clause as soon as the season is over.
The Blues have struggled to score goals consistently and they need a reliable goalscorer next season.
Osimhen helped Napoli win the league title last season, finishing the campaign with 31 goals across all competitions.
The striker has 13 goals in all competitions this season and there is no doubt that he could transform Chelsea in the final third.
