Two winless teams who need immediate redemption, Chelsea and Brentford, will meet later tonight for a date at Stamford Bridge. But who will pay?
Frank Lampard will be hoping to end what seems a long wait for his first win as Chelsea boss in his second stint as manager at the club when they host Brentford on Wednesday night.
Lampard replaced former manager Graham Potter who was sacked following a poor run of form in the Premier League.
However, the return of the Chelsea legend has hardly inspired any changes at the club following a run of four consecutive defeats in his first four games as the interim manager.

Jay-Jay Okocha reveals why he would be more expensive than Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez
Fernandez joined Chelsea for a British-record transfer fee in January, but Okocha believes he would have gone for more than that in today’s market.

Lampard and his Blue Army will have another chance to stop rolling in the mud when they host Brentford later tonight. The Blues must take all three points or make another unenviable history.

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery praises his team for their fight back
Unai Emery's side played a draw with Brentford at the Brentford Community Stadium and the manager has heaped praise on his team for their late comeback.
The hosts have failed to win any of their last seven matches while the visitors, who have Nigeria Super Eagles Frank Onyeka, have failed to win their last six.
Consequently, heading into this particular fixture, both sides will see this as a chance to put a quick stop to their respective runs.
But this is even more so for Lampard’s Blue Army who are on the brink of setting another bad record.

Frank Lampard insists Chelsea were the better team against Real Madrid
Chelsea interim boss Frank Lampard has said his team played brilliantly for large parts against Real Madrid as the Blues crashed out of the Champions League.
If anything other than a win at home tonight, the 44-year-old and his Blues will record the third-worst run in the history of Chelsea.
Key Stat: 21 of Chelsea’s current first-team players were not born the last time the club went eight matches without a win.
Head-to-head
In terms of their head-to-head, it suggests another difficult night for the home side who have failed to beat their visitors in the last two meetings.
The Bees have won one and drawn the other of the previous two, with the last a dull goalless affair.
You have to go way back to the FA Cup in the 2017 season for Chelsea’s last win over Brentford at Stamford Bridge, where the Bees put four past the helpless Blues when they last visited.
